The research paper deals with the potential of sustainable development of tourism in the
case of Tsaghveri. The first part covers the possible impacts of tourism development on the social,
economic and environmental environment and its reflection on future generations. It also reflects
the integrated and co-ordinated role of this development for all stakeholders such as government,
private sector, population, visitors and others, their capabilities, liabilities and responsibilities.
The second section discusses the role of the community based tourism and the public and
private sectors in tourism development, and emphasizes the importance of system analysis and
planning.
The problems of the region are discussed, the role of tourism in solving these problems.
Highlighted important resources and places are reflected in their development and tourism use
problems and ways of solving them.
As a result of the research, it has been revealed that in the event of joint efforts of all
stakeholders of the borough, we have the potential to become an advanced on its niche and give us
a sustainable development.
