Abstract
The changes in modern time happen faster and faster. If company wants to be successful, it is necessary to adapt with changes. The concurrence has been grown between the companies by the globalization, that’s why they create new methods to keep their positions at market. If company wants to be successful, the managers should realize the necessity of reorganizations and should make governing system of the changes. they have to make the changes the organizations to be saved at complex environment of the modern business. Changes are necessary for saving organizations at modern complex environment.
The aim of this research is: describing the essence of organizational changes, its causing internal and external factors and introducing the meaning of the changes. According to Georgian company’s experience, we want to outline obstacles, which managers have to face during changes, and affective mechanisms for overcoming difficulties. This work is represented in connection with the research about introducing changes in Georgian company.
