The represented paper is about cases under civil court jurisdiction. Because the jurisdiction is regulated not only by legislation but also by case law, I’ll try to review each direction of the matter.
An introduction declares aims and goals of the work, which must be achieved in the end of the research.
The next chapters are about the topic directly. The second chapter is dedicated to the research of essence of topic and finding boundary concepts, which have in common with the main topic. In addition, division of boundary topics from the main, will be necessary.
According to the practical meaning of the topic, I vastly consider the decisions of the courtm which directly interprates jurisdiction of civil cases, because in my sight, court precedents are the best possible source to define an essence of jurisdiction. In the next steps of the research I consider the cases, which are under the civil jurisdiction of the courts, according to the legislation in Georgia. After that, I make a review of the judicial tradition regarding jurisdiction in the Civil and Common laws.
In the conclusion an ultimate analysis is represented, which underlines to the common meaning of the topic of research. The conclusion summarizes the interaction of legislation, case law and theory to judge practically challengdes of jurisdiction. In the end, the research will be helpful for every interested partes to solve more easily problems about civil jurisdiction.
