Abstract
From the moment of existence, when there was still no economy, trade, and therefore not the business organizations, the primates had to share certain roles and duties. They should determine who was hunter, who would be involved in collect activities, who lited up fire, etc.
In addition, when the people began to live as tribes, there was a certain hierarchy of the structure of the tribe. He was the leader of the tribe, his right hand, the noble warriors, etc. This can be considered as an initial organizational structure. In the future when appeared towns, states, started trade and other relations between countries, emerged many new professions. Each person had some role and position. In the trade, processing steel or other activities, there were the main masters and their apprentices. The emergence of new professions radically changed the organizational structure.
In our epoch, every organization has its own organizational structure. Today there are: Functional, Division, Matrix, Teamwork, Network Organizational Structures. They differ from each other, with flexibility, distribution of functions and obligations.
All this is, the formation of organizational structures, from time immemorial to the subject of our research. The purpose of the work is to find out what the picture we have in our chosen organizations. Specifically, the close relationship between managers and their subordinates is, what is the level of staff satisfaction working with these companies, how the leadership is encouraging initiatives in material form, etc.
