Foreign trade policy is gaining more and more importance in terms of modern globalization for every country. Hence, promoting foreign trade by implementing relevant policies is a priority for our country. Together with other sources, it gives the main opportunity to the foreign currency to enter the country, which in turn has a positive impact on the country's economic growth.
There will be discussed about the Foreign trade policy of Georgia in the work, also the research in the post-independence period will be presented there. The research aims to characterize and analyze the preconditions of ensuring sustainable and stable development of the country by means of demonstrating the tendencies of foreign trade development, directions research of development and forming the future recommendations and prognoses.
There are used materials and evaluations of research conducted by Georgian and foreign scientists as well as international and private organizations in the work. There are presented the opinions on the improvement and risks of the existing situation on the basis of consideration the constituent parts of Georgia's foreign economic policy There are discussed about the international agreements, among them the most important is: deep and comprehensive agreement with the European Union and the agreement signed with the World Trade Organization.
