The present thesis gives information about the essence of Anti-crisis and its meaning, its theoretical and methodological basics and approaches. Also we discuss how to run the modern organisations and companies with the help of Anti-crisis methods. The Master Paper presents the features of Anti-crisis in Economic system, the types of crisis, its main causes and dangers related to crisis. We pay attention to the role of the state during Anti-crisis processes. The dissertation includes the comparative analysis of Anti-crisis management experience in Georgia and foreign/countries.
Due to the purposes of the issue, we conducted a survey to assess the challenges that the companies, operating on Georgian market, face how they overcome crisis and what challenges they have during the Anti-crisis situation. The targets of the given research are the companies of Georgian market.
On the basis of the survey, it is clear that the main guideline for the majority of companies is readiness for crisis. The results of the research gave us an opportunity to evaluate their activities during the Anti-crisis process.
In conclusion, the value of the paper is shown, the experience of Anti-crisis management of Georgia and foreign countries is summarized and the main purpose of the thesis is emphasized the importance of Anti-crisis management for every company to overcome crisis.
