Abstract
Development of Small and mid-size enterprises has always been important for stabilization and improvement of Georgian economy. During last few decades activity of this section of economy has been discussed as crucial conditions for self-development and stability of whole Georgian Economy. Franchising and related economic or legal issues are considered as one of the main effective ways of production problem solutions.
Franchising is a special method for participating in commercial activities, as its purpose is to give franchiser profit and at the same time involve franchisee in commercial system.
In my work I have topics, including: introduction, where I have discussed research importance, aims and methods of my completed work. In first chapter I have talked about origins of franchising, general history and evolution. In Second chapter franchising is analyzed as the way of developing foreign economic activity, franchising in Georgia and growth perspectives. In conclusion I have discussed methods and practical recommendations for improvement and perfection of franchising activities in Georgia during economic market transformation.
