The topic of the Master's thesis is relevant as far as nowadays, the level of labor migration in the EU countries and other countries of the world plays an important role in the conduct of economic processes in other countries of the world.
The purpose of the work is to discuss the different aspects of EU migration policies; Expose countries that are particularly attracted by the EU labor market and to find out the real significance of labor migration in the EU on the world labor market.
Based on the above, the subject of the research is the study of the results of the migration policy in the EU countries.
As a result of the research, the main factors that play an important role in the attraction of migrants were revealed. It is also important to note the risks that are significantly outlined in the work and which are related to illegal migration and the threats caused by labor migration based ontheir content (dealing with the regulation of labor relations and protection of migrant rights).
Hence, it is not surprising that the EU's willingness and readiness were outlined for the implementation of better management of labor migration.
