If we look at our past and history, even if a woman had fewer rights than a man, she was limited both in terms of choosing a profession, and in the future it was difficult for her to start the job she wanted. From the very beginning, a woman was perceived as a pillar of the family, and her main responsibilities included caring for the family and children. The current processes in the world, globalization and new challenges have raised the role of women by several steps, be it in political or economic issues. Of course, this does not mean that a woman has given up on her family and children, on the contrary, along with all this, her rights and responsibilities have been added to her duties. The agenda has changed for him, if he devoted all his time to the family, now he has to redistribute the agenda both for the family and for work. Of course, this requires the rational use of time management and the development of a daily plan.
Although a woman was perceived as the weaker sex for centuries, her strengths also gained recognition. It has always been more or less perceived and understood the fact that a woman has some special ability to actively seek solutions to all problems, easily find ways to solve them and with a clear mind the case will lead to the desired result. However, unfortunately, not many people recognized all this, and this trend is still more or less preserved, even though we are in the twenty-first century. In my opinion there should be no distinction between strengths and weaknesses and this attitude, this division should soon be a thing of the past.
It is these stereotypes and attitudes of the society that are decisive for me to work on this issue. I will try to sharply express the problem with my short review and talk about the ways to eliminate it. I will make at least a small contribution and I will try to change the attitude of the society towards gender equality at least slightly.
