There are more than 100 international organizations in the world, which are inserted to
solve worldwide economic problems.These organizations are different from each others with
functions, size and the influencing on the world economic.
In the end of the last century the main machanizmes of economic reglations were crowded
by a few numbers of organizations and one of these organizations was International Monetary
Fund.
In the earliest years of International Monetary Fund it worked like a mechanizm of
surviellience on the fixed exchange rates,but soon it became the most powerful and influentially
organization in the world. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an organization of 188
countries, working to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability, facilitate
international trade, promote high employment and sustainable economic growth, and reduce
poverty around the world.
Now we can say that to solve finantial crizis is very important for our government.The
practice showed us that our country can’t solve problems without working with International
Monetary Fund.
In the labour its described the structure of the International Monetary Fund, its goals and
main functions, workind directions.We focused our attention on global economic crizis in
Georgia and the role of imf to solve the problems in our country.
The main goal of the labour is to show the disadvantages and advantages of
internationalonetary fund’s working in Georgia.
