Abstract
The master’s thesis ,,The Principle Of Teamwork In Inclusive Education’’ deals with the promotion and introduction of inclusive education. The differences of the human beings is no stranger in 21st century, with the development of personality the intellect develops and breaks down stereotypes of the past, avoding labels and superstitions, forming a student personality regardless of ethnicity, religion or race in one classroom. Implementing inclusive education requires teamwork for each member of the school. A caring approach to children, more observatrion and involvement in the learning process, the process of individualization, child’s development is a complex process and leads to anumber of approaches and needs, which requires the teacher’s kindness, great energy, love for students .,especially children with special needs, are upbringing itself is part of the culture. The culture does not exist without society , and society is made up of us humans, thet is life cycle is not to be interrupted by the healthy upbringing of future generations ,this we can do all do together.
The reality in the general education schools of Adjara given in the master’s thesis, following the inclusive education, what specific difficulties the school administration, psychologist, teachers, parents, students have to overcome. The school team must possesss the essence and principle of inclusive education. As a team, they should develop an individual curriculum for a student with special educational needs and plan activities based on the needs of the students.
The master’s thesis will help and motivate both current teachers, aspiring teachers, special educators and those who think the role of inclusive education in the economic and political formation of society is immeasurable.
