Master’s thesis is about ,, investigation of rosehip and rose petals on biologically active substances and its use in the production of non–alkoholic beverages.
The paper examines the chemical composition of rosehip and rose petals rich in biologiccaly active substance common in Georgia. To develop a method of mosking tinctares from them and to make soft non-alkoholic drinks from the obtaired tinctures. The paper describes the resarch dijects. Seleqtion of metoder for the study of their demicals, tinctures and making alcoholic beverage brends from them, develop a technology fa making non-alcoholic beverages from rosehip and rose tinctures, a non –alcoholic drink of rosehip was made in which rose tincture was used the technology of it’s maiking was developed the drink. Was evelciated organoleptically and a rekommendation was made for the production of the drink.
