Pension system: Effectiveness of reform in Georgia and world experience

One of the most important component of the state's social policy chain is the country's pension system. For Georgia, as a developing country on the path to economic development and improving the social status of its citizens, it is necessary to introduce an effective pension system. It was this necessity that led to the scientific study of the master's thesis, which aims to: discuss the prospects of pension reform in Georgia based on the study of its prospects, difficulties, expected risks and find ways to improve it. In order to achieve the set goal, the following main tasks have been developed in the master's thesis:
To study the historical aspect of the pension system, to determine its essence, functions and role; Analysis of meteorological issues of the pension system; Analysis of changes and foreign experience in Georgia; Prospects for improving the pension system; Develop organizational-methodological proposals and recommendations for optimizing the insurance system.
The object of research is the pension system as an important institution for the development of the country's economy and social welfare of the population.
The subject of the research is the theoretical-methodological foundations of the pension system, its main directions and ways of improvement.
