Abstract
This master paper examines the influence of corporate culture on the orgzaning process of international companies
The aim of the study is to analyse the principles and methods that any international company needs while formulating its organizational culture and the objections the organizational culture has while the company enters the global market. Besides, the paper examines the approaches that improves the impact of organizational culture on the management of international companies.
The thesis researches the essence and the importance of corporate culture in the running process of international companies. Besides, it examines the problems and peculiarities that corporate culture falls while entering the global market and the way to solve them.
The paper especially focuses on the influence of country's national tradiotions on the corporate culture and then, on the influence of organizational culture on the managment of international companies.
Underlining the issues discussed in the survey aims to analyze, evaluate and logically conclude information about the study object, which will be interesting for any person interested in this topic. The research has shown that organizational culture takes huge role in the success of any organization.
