ბენეფიციარების მიზნობრივი სოციალური დახმარების პროგრამაზე დამოკიდებულების გამომწვევი ფაქტორები

Nowadays, the developed or developing countries of the world seeks to provide social
security for which they financed various programs or projects. Research which is named
“Factors determining dependence of employable beneficiaries on targeted social assistance
program” there is described one of main type of social protection which is the program of financial
allowances.
The purpose of monetary social assistance is to help the people who are living below the
poverty line, besides subsidizing allowance aims to reduce inequality between layers. Although the
purpose of the program is noble and is the important factor helping poor and vulnerable groups it
also includes certain risks because in many cases beneficiaries are becoming dependent on the
program of financial allowances and instead of finding job they are only looking for income and
benefit from the program.
This issue is also relevant in Georgia there is high level of inequality and poverty accordingly,
funds from the budget for social protection of the population is annually increased.
