Abstract
The success of an organization depends a lot on motivation. Best of all, a structured organization can be ineffective because management cannot direct the activities of employees towards the intended goal. The use of effective incentive systems is of great importance in international companies. Presented master thesis is about motivation systems and their usage in the international market.
The first chapter of the article discusses the organization's management system and the role of motivation. In particular, such issues as: motivation as the content of personnel management, motivational functions in the organization.
The second chapter discusses the role and impact of corporate change on the incentive system. In particular, the system of motivation and the impact of corporate changes on it, the main tool of motivation is corporate culture.
The third chapter analyzes the use of incentive systems at the present stage in international companies.
In conclusion I generalize the results of research.
