Nowadays more and more organizations are using team management. The mentioned trend is the result of the several factors: In todays’ changeable and challenging business environment, it is becoming more important to offer our customers competitive product. This can be achieved by innovative activities. Using team management is one of the ways of transferring new ideas from the bottom to the top management and implementation of innovations. The purpose of this research project is to reveal the value of working groups and teams for organizational effectiveness, solving different issues and changing organizational climate positively. The main objective is to discuss different technics for managing diverse groups and different ways how to improve team management in modern working environment. Expected result of this project is to showcase the different technics of forming and functioning productive working teams and defining their importance in deverse conditions. This project showed us how important it is for organizations to take into accountdevirsity elements while managing different team.
