The structure of the Master's thesis "Improvement of insurance formation and management directions in international business" structure is as follows:

In the first chapter of the thesis the theoretical foundations and socioeconomic aspects of insurance have considered the economic essence and content of the insurance, its formation, development and organizational forms, as well as the sale of insurance products.
In the second chapter I reviewed and evaluated the Georgian insurance market, the structure of the insurance market and its development problems in the international business, evaluated the insurance case organization, problems, legislative basis, development prospects and directions in the international business.
In the third chapter of the Master's Study I studied the insurance product car insurance and conducted research on the example of Insurance Company "ARD". The goal of the survey was to satisfy customers' satisfaction and their dependence on the introduction of compulsory auto insurance.
Master's thesis consists of annotation, introduction, 3 chapters, 9 subjects and conclusions. Bibliographic list of used literature is accompanied by The work contains 70 pages on the computer.
