Abstract
The paper is one of the central institutions of commodity law, such as ownership. The institution of ownership, like all property law, is largely influenced by modern German law in modern Georgian law. That is why the aim of the paper is to consider the rights of the rightful owner and to make a comparative legal analysis of it in relation to German law.
In modern Georgian commodity law, the institution of ownership, in relation to property rights, does not lose its relevance. The paper consists of three chapters, the essence of ownership in the first chapter of the paper, we discuss the legal nature of ownership, types and its place in the civil law system, the relationship between ownership and property rights. In the second chapter of the paper We discuss the historical precedents of ownership, discuss ownership in Roman law and ancient Georgian law, and discuss ownership within continental European law. In the third chapter, we will make a comparative legal analysis of the protection of property rights in Georgian and German law.
The law of all countries has different views on ownership. The paper compares Georgian and German legislation with respect to moderate ownership. We will also discuss the shortcomings related to this issue and therefore discuss ways to resolve them.
The report summarizes the cost of the paper, summarizes the issues related to legal ownership, and once again emphasizes the purpose of the paper. The list of used literature is attached to the paper.
