Actualizing the legal rights of the employees in the course of agreement abolition and establishment

In the academic paper “Actualizing the legal rights of the employees in the course of agreement abolition and establishment”, as far as possible, treaty rights of employees and employers, protection of the employees without ignorance of the employers’ concerns are discussed.
In the academic paper labor relationships are analyzed in the labor legislation of Georgia with the undergone changes of 2013 relating to the legal rights of the employees. Special attention was paid to the rights referring to the agreement establishment and abolition and revealed its disadvantages and advantages and the aim of legislation relating to the changes as well. Legislation was in an urgent need of balancing the concerns of the parties and providing the employees with legal safeguard. Obligations were also needed to be fulfilled by Georgia and implement the international standards within the internal legislation.
