Abstract
The study is an attempt to examine and demonstratethe examples of the incentives in practice and to determine the role of the managers in employee’s motivation. For studying the variables the paper examines three public establishments: Public ServiveDevelopment Agency (LEPL), the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and the Ministry of Regional
Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Along with the research, on basis of secondary literature and sources the work includes the preliminary hypothesis to guide the research dissemination.
Two basickindsofvariablesareincludedinthestudy: Independent – Manager’s attitudes, Dependent – employee’s behavior. Qualitative research method was used for this study.
Approximately 3 employees were chosen from the research objectives, with whom the deepend interviews were held. Desired informaction was retrieved according to these interviews.
