Abstract
The main concern of any developed countries is the education of the next generation in the world which means both of them secondary and the highest education. It is precondition of a strong country that every normal state thinks about the progress and success of younger generation. The relevance of the theme: It is very important that state structures must be fully involved in the development of schools and universities, they are obliged to bring up educational system and exactly connect to the modern standarts of the world. In particular, to develop the exam methods with the best approaches. School and the highest school are connected with each other. The student should be able to pass university exams with the knowledge gained at school, although there are subjects that are not taught at school but are mandatory for higher education. Nowadays in Georgia still happens some changes about the admission requirements of higher educational institutions, so it will be revealed how effective is our model in creating our state by examining and comparing the examples of other countries. The goal of the research is the effectiveness and difference between past and the current situation of the national exams in Georgia and other countries with using some researches, opinions and analysis from the last year pupils of school, students and lecturers. The subject of the research is the influence of the necessary exams for entrance into the highest education on the student’s career and development.
