Motivation system and their usage in international business

Motivation has a great influence on effective work of organization. It is possible, the organization to have the best structure, but it can’t be affective because management cannot lead the work of employs to the outlined aim. Successful companies pay a great attention to the usage of motivation’s affective systems.
Presented master thesis is about motivation systems and their usage in the international market.
The first chapter: there is discussed the place and the role of motivation in the organization’s management system. Particularly it will touch the themes, like: motivation, as inseparable function of management, motivation, as staff’s management content, motivation’s functions in organization.
The second chapter: there is discussed the influence of proportional changes on motivation system. Particularly, the influence of proportional changes on motivation system, proportional culture, as instrument of motivation.
In the third chapter I analyze motivation systems in the international company “AppIdea”
In conclusion I generalize the results of research.
