Abstract
Social media marketing is one of the unique tools of digital marketing which is actively used in any field including public health and its management. The paper deals with the use of social media marketing in the healthcare sector, what is the role of media marketing Various platforms, how they connect medical staff and users and to get feedback from them. We also discuss the world and Georgia's picture of how used social media marketing by organizations which are operated in the health field. It is important to note the social media marketing capabilities, its application prospects. It has become especially actual and complete in the last few months when the pandemic Coved-19 has spread all over the world and has caused a boom of social media all over the world. 90% of organizations changed to remote services, which transformed people’s attitudes towards social networks. Also remarkable is the growing role of health care providers in adapting to the current situation. With the fast and timely delivery of information and health services linked to epidemics, health care has become the number one interest of governments, organizations and every person in every country in the world. Due to the importance of the issue, we tried to study the impact of social media marketing on the activities of medical professionals, customer attitudes and their behavior.
There are many types of social media and the effect of using these channels depends on their correct selection. This argument is supported by an analysis of the literature. Quantitative research conducted on the subject of the study, in which 200 respondents were interviewed online. The study highlights the positive aspects of using social media marketing in healthcare, the trends in the world and the extent to which it is integrated into Georgia. Based on the results of the research, recommendations have been developed.
