The paper “Black Sea Regional Security: Process and Implications” presents the ongoing processes within the Black Sea area which determines the formation of this area as a region from the security perspective.
The research is based on the concept of Regional Security Complex advanced by Barry Buzan and Ole Waever and further elaborated by them and as well as other authors.
The paper aims to analyze the importance of onfoing events in the sphere of Black Sea regional security and reflecat its impact on the process of establishing Black Sea Regional Security Complex.
From the theoretical perspective abovementioned paper will contribute to the development of the regional security complex theory by expanding the theory on the Black Sea Region. Paper tries to analyse the discourse on Black sea region in the foreign policy agenda of regional states in order. It will contribute to development of the regional level of analysis as well as regional security theories which are new concet in the field of International Relations.
