The work “Chemical Parameters of Strawberries Produced in Closed and Open Grounds of Adjara Territories” studies the composition of macro and micro elements in various species of strawberry fruit: like San Andres, Sweet Charlie and Iedi Veren, as well as peculiarities of strawberry plant, organoleptic parameters of fruits and composition of macro and micro elements in open and closed ground soils.
It was identified that various species of strawberry fruits produced in open and closed ground include 22 types of macro and micro elements.
It was identified that the fruits do not include tellurium, vanadium and plumbum. Antimony and vanadium are in the form of trace. N the fruits of Sweet Charlie such strong pollutants as mercury and cadmium were found. San Andreas fruits produced in open ground in village Gantiadi are distinguished with the composition of macro and micro elements.
It was identified that the strawberry fruits of specie Iedi Veren are the best with weight parameter besides it has effective juice and Sweet Charlie fruits are the best according to flesh.
