The Place and role of Georgian viticulture and wine industry in the conditions of modern market relations

Abstract

As history shows, wine users and non-profit groups often differ from each other. It was wine, often in terms of Georgian nature and character. 80-year-old continuous history of Georgian winemaking (which supports the continuity of archaeological material) is enough to make our nation choice between wine and other drinks. It is well known that the Greeks brought wine and wine in Ukraine in the Hellenistic era, in particular Crimea.
