Abstract

წინამდებარე ნაშრომში განხილულია ანდერძისმიერი მემკვიდრეობის აქტულური საკითხები.გამოყენებული მაქვს თეორიული მასალა,ინფორმაციულ ბაზას შეადგენს ქართველ და უცხოელ ავტორთა ნაშრომები.ნაშრომი მოიცავს ანოტაციას,შინაარს,შესავალს,ოთხ თავს,ქვეთავებს,დასსკვანას და გამოყენებულ ლიტერატურას. შესავალ ნაწილში ვეხები თემის აქტუალობას.პირველ თავში განხილულია მოკლედ ტემასთან დაკავშირებული ლიტერატურა,მეორე თავში ვეხები მემკვიდრეობით სამართლის წარმოშობას და განვითარებას,მესამე თავი მოიცავს ანდერძისმიერი მემკვიდრეობას თანამედროვე ეროვნული კანონმდებლობით.

It has to be mentioned that in the previous piece of work ,the main points are discussed that concern the inheritance will. I have used some important theoretical material. The Informational basis consists of the abstract, the introduction ,four sub- chapters and the conclusion written by different Georgian and foreign authors. The Introduction part underlines the actuality of the research topic. In the first chapter a short abstract is represented that depicts the main resources used in the work. The second chapter highlights the process that reflects the creation of the inheritance law while the third chapter includes inheritance low based on the modern national legislation.
