The reasons for domestic violence are also discussed, legal mechanisms for protection against domestic violence, criminalization of domestic violence. It is also about family actors and co-participants. The third chapter, the outcome of the research concerns the problems raised in the previous chapter and their summarization - analysis. The report concludes what should be done to prevent domestic violence.
In the course of my work, I have used educational-scientific literature, several methods of interpretation of the norm, in particular: grammatical, systemic and statistical methods of interpretation.
