ორგანიზაციული პოლიტიკის ტაქტიკები ქართულ საჯარო სექტორში

Presented study was conducted to research Tactics of Organizational Politics in Georgian Public Sector. The researcher, I. Akhalkatsishvili conducted the study in Ministry of Justice of Georgia and Legal Entities of Public Law under the ministry, to support his hypothesis – The more independent an organization is, the more refined tactics of organizational politics are used by the employees. In order to test the hypothesis the questionnaire of quantitative research methods were used. 98 respondents filled the questionnaire. The hypthesis was not supported by the collected data.
Results of the study is important for those who are interested in public sector, work in the human resources or internal audit departments, or are the managers working in the public service, or are the civil servants. The research is the first, conducted in the Georgian public sector and thus intends to fill the empty space in the field.
