საქართველოში არსებული საარჩევნო მანიპულაციები და მისი გამომწვევი მიზეზები

Abstract

The title of this master’s thesis is the electoral manipulations in Georgia and its causes. The research was done by Tamari Razmadze, in the framework of the political science degree programs. This work - the electoral manipulations in Georgia and its causes are related to analysis of election manipulations. The issue is determined by the 2018 presidential elections that took place in the background of a number of significant violations and accusations. However, the issue was not studied in depth. Based on scientific research. Based on the research, the study analyzes the facts of manipulation in the presidential election of 2018 and the reasons for which the political subjects are involved in electoral manipulations. Based on the theory of the research and theoretical knowledge, the following actions were analyzed: the use of administrative resources, bribing the voters, intimidation and more. This work also includes research into the causes of election manipulation and discussion of factors that encourage political subjects to engage in election falsification. The objective of the research was concrete manipulation facts and opinions about what encourages and encourages political engagement in electoral manipulation.

აღნიშნული ნაშრომი - საქართველოში არსებული საარჩევნო მანიპულაციები და მისი გამომწვევი მიზეზები, ეხება საარჩევნო მანიპულაციების ანალიზს. საკითხის აქტუალობას განაპირობებს საქართველოს 2018 წლის საპრეზიდენტო არჩევნები, რომელმაც მთელი რიგი მნიშვნელოვანი დარღვევებისა და ბრალდბების ფონზე ჩაიარა. თუმცა საკითხი არ შესწავლილა სიღრმისეულად. სამეცნიერო კვლევაზე დაყრდნობით. კვლევის მიზნიდან გამომდინარე, ნაშრომში გაანალიზებულია 2018 წლის საპრეზიდენტო არჩევნებში დაფიქსირებული მანიპულაციის ფაქტები და დადგენილია ის მიზეზები, რომლებიც განაპირობებს, პოლიტიკური სუბიექტების საარჩევნო მანიპულაციებში ჩართვას. კვლევის ამოცანის შესაბამისად, თეორიულ ცოდნაზე დაყრდნობით, გაანალიზდა ისეთი ქმედებები, როგორიცაა: ადმინისტრაციული რესურსის გამოყენება, ამომრჩევლის მოსყიდვა, დაშინება და სხვა. წინამდებარე ნაშრომი ასევე მოიცავს საარჩევნო მანიპულაციის გამომწვევი მიზეზების კვლევას და იმ ფაქტორთა განხილვას, რომლებიც წაახალისებს პოლიტიკურ სუბიექტებს, რომ ჩაერთონ არჩევნების ფალსიფიკაციის პროცესში. კვლევის ობიექტს წარმოადგენდა კონკრეტული მანიპულაციური ფაქტები და მოსაზრებები იმის შესახებ, თუ რა წაახალისებს და უწყობს ხელს, პოლიტიკური აქტროების ჩართვას საარჩევნო მანიპულაციებში.
