Abstract
The present Master's Thesis serves to study the perpetual investigation of the offender's resocialization as a penalty objective and to elaborate mechanisms relating to this norm. Punishment, this is a state of coercive measure. It is the state's leverage to ensure that the offender and the perpetrators of the country are punished. Taking into consideration the criminal liberalization trends, it has to be reduced and more liberal than the sentence measures. But it is interesting to ensure that the purpose of this sentence is the main purpose of the sentence. If the penalty is used only for reimbursement, then there is no point in the direction of the country, which is called democracy and social state. The punishment is then good if it is justified. The purpose of the penalty prescribed by the modern Criminal Code is entirely different from the edition and sequence, namely, Article 39 of the Penalty Goals is set out. The goal of the sentencing is to restore justice, to prevent new crime and resocialize the offender. The aim of the sentence is not physical suffering or humiliation of the human being. Punishment aims at the convict or other person.
The master's thesis serves one and the true purpose, such as the visible purpose of the penalty, re-socialization.
