Communication is a very important and inalienable moment of social relations. In the
notion of communication, it is primarily about exchanging between subjects of
communication, information of various kinds. Therefore, information can not be used
without communication. Even at the roots of sociality, the formation of a community,
communication and interaction, like communication, played a very important role. It is
with this that everything is related to the urgency of this topic. It should be noted that in
the conditions of radical changes occurring in a society that is at the stage of post-industrial development, in the context of a rapidly evolving information society taking
place in the context of globalization, communication in society is a very pressing issue.
The ongoing permanent global transformation into an information and communication
society is accompanied not only by the penetration of communication into all spheres of
the life activity of society, the emergence and development of a qualitatively new type of
communicative structures and processes, but also by a profound rethinking of the
communicative nature of social reality, modern changes in the social and
communicative sphere, places and role of communications in the development of
society.
In the social development, the law of succession operates, and the development of
society and in many respects depends on how much the socio-cultural experience is
taken into account and multiplied, to what extent the past is represented in the present
and the future is laid. The development of a society that is full of contradictions and
crisis phenomena increases the importance of constructive, positive-oriented
communication and interaction aimed at solving problems that pose a threat to every
person and society as a whole: the growth of natural and man-made disasters, wasteful
use of life resources, terrorism, etc.
