The purpose of the study, on the one hand, is to translate four chapters of the book : “ Homelessness in Latvia:In the search of understanding” by Signe Dobelniece and on the other hand, the analyse of this translation.
The actualite and practical value of the study is to introduce Georgian readers the researches about homelessness and poverty, causes of this phenomena and formulating the resolutions of this problem.
The theoritial basis of this study is the opinions of linguists and the theoriticians of the translation study.
The novelty of this study is that the book:“Homelessness in Latvia:In the search of understanding” by Signe Dobelniece has not been translated yet and this kind of analyse have not been done by now.
