The presented master's thesis is dedicated to iterrogation of a witness,legislative changes gaps, The paper discusses the essence and significance of questioning a witness,such as witness testimony,witness status, role and significance criminal proceedings,witness permissions and actings, psychological aspects of witness testimony, a relatively legal analysis is given. The paper focuses on gaps in the legislation regarding the questioning of witnesses and witnesses that arises in practice, provides recommendations that can be used to further improve the criminal procedure law.
