Abstract
The New Criminal Procedure Code of October 1, 2010 completely changed the system of criminal justice system and adversarial adversarial action was adopted within the framework of the reform. It is one of the most important "acquisitions" of the Criminal Procedure Code of Georgia and is guaranteed by the Constitution of Georgia.
In the criminal case, it should be based on the principle of adversarial and equality, as well as other participants of the process. The victim is no longer a part of the process, it is a participant in the process and accordingly the rights have been limited to its rights. In Georgia and abroad, it is important for the victim to gain status and fair right. That is why it is necessary to know more about the investigation and the case materials, in order not to increase the complaints of victims of the victims who refuse to be victims.
