Legal analysis and practical problems of murder committed in affect

The crime of murder is not a novelty in Georgian criminal law. There is plenty of scientific literature discussing this crime in Georgian as well as in other foreign Languages. Nevertheless, in a court, there often occur difficulties while dealing murder.
The presented work deals with essence of murder and also with highlighting the problematic issues connected with this crime, such as: its objective and subjective composite elements, unfinished murder, murder execution.
While working on the thesis dialectic method, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis, research and logical thinking were used.
When studying the above-mentioned issues, we used scientific-research literature in Georgian and in Russian languages.
The work will be helpful for students and other people who are interested in the study and investigation of this problem.
