მედიაციის სისტემების შედარებითი ანალიზი, ამერიკის შეერთებული შტატებისა და ევროპის მაგალითზე, საქართველოში მედიაციის განვითარების პერსპექტივა

In a modern world, it is more and more interesting and actual to find new alternative ways to settle disputes for foreseeing litigant’s interests at most. Afterwards, different states familiarize with mediation systems and got information about how to evasion of court, economizing plural finances, saving time. That’s why, their interests about this matter have doubled. Also, Georgia replies to challenge of modern world. With all ensuing, my research study is about Georgian mediation system, which is on the starting stage. Naturally, our state tries to inculcate improved and modern mediation system with using leader state’s experiences and fits them exactly to Georgian realty. In this case, my research study foresees to work parallelly about this issue and to express gaps and advantages, which will appear during the inculcating of mediation system.
As well, my intent is to write about Georgian mediation system and its perspective of development with the leading example of comparative analysis to the USA and German mediation systems.
