Abstract
Today the priority of most countries around the world ia the devolpment of bio farm, in order to introduce ecologically pure bioproduction. Chemical products, fertilizers and other similar substances or methods are not used in organic farming, which are negatively effecting the environment and human health. The current situation of the food industry in agriculture shows the necessity to find an alternate route for the traditional production of agricultural products. Based on costumers’ demands organic food is increasing in Europe.
In considering the ongoin processes in the world, recycling of biomaterials has become the most important, also marketing and bio-farms cooperation issues. Development of organic farming in Georgia may seem to be luxury, becouse of it’s economic condition, but if we consider that, organic farming is not only a healthy environment and healthy food, it also has agrowing economic potential, obviously it’s ineteresting and very important to introduce and share experiences of foreign countries in this area. Many countries,as aresult of correctly implemented state policy, have significantly increased the development of bioproduction.
Georgia is a country which has a resource and great perspective to be serious manufacturer of bio products and compete other EU exporters.
Many countries, as a result of properly implemented state policy, have significantly developed bioproduction, As we already mentioned, In Georgia there has not done much in terms of system development of bio farm. There was created the law about ,,Biological Agrarian Production’’. Processes related to the production of bioproduction have been regulated. As for the development of the promoting this sector, the role of state is minimal, however the start is never too late and the state must still establish and realize how priority is the development of biofarm for the country and act properly.
The sale of organic products doesn’t start by organizing organic food by the farmars or by the Government of Geoegia demanding the production of bio products. Bio products trade starts with informed costumers, who want to buy organic food becouse it’s completely safe for health and therefore safe for their family members.
