The survey was conducted within the scope of Social work master's summary course. The issue of
the survey was Implementation of foster care programe in Georgia and Social work. Survey goal
was to identify the needs, challenges and development perspectives of Foster Care. The survey was
conducted In Tbilisi, with the participants involved in programe: foster kids, foster parents,
biological family and social woreks of Social Agency.
From the review of literature the following issues were identified: peculiarities of the
implementation of the Entrepreneurship Program related to the child's true rights. While
International Documents Calls on States to Defend a Child's Right to a Biological Family, the
Guidelines for Preventive and "Gatekeeping" Guidelines are introduced to the difficulties in
practice. While the parties involved in the Entrepreneurship Program are facing a challenge.
