The master’s work “The Righs of Spouses” is considered important issues concerning the fundamental issues of family law. This work deals with the practice and experience of Georgia as well as European countries, which is important in our legislation to deal with the norms of sophistication.
The paper contacts and grievous norms related to it, our work presents the ways and recommendation to correct these problems, as well as issues related to termination and dipution of the contract, in practice, other rights obligations, in relation to watch the law regulates.
The works also deals with the old Georgian historical aspects of the Marriage Institute, as well as the changes that have been instilled in the Institute of Marriage.
In our work the opinions of Georgian lawyers and notaries as well as Foreign Scientist’s opinion are presented with the rights of the spouses, here are also their views and recommendations on same of the important issues that can not be ruled out for our legislation. The aim of our work is to discuss these issues and develop recommendations.
