Abstract
The research topic is to describe and identify the facts of human rights violations in the occupied territories of Georgia, in particular in Abkhazia. The current issue is very complex, which creates a number of different types of human rights violations.
The paper focuses on such important issues as: restriction of free movement, illegal detention, discrimination, prohibition of education in the mother tongue, description of the borderization process, acquaintance with the state of cultural heritage, description of the process of illegal sale and purchase of real estate, violation of children's rights. The paper is saturated with relevant literature as well as research / papers and statistics. The issue is based on official data published on the official websites of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the bomber of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia. Evaluation of the authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, the representative of the Public Defender's Office, experts and analysts on both past and current events.
The study outlines the consequences for people affected by the conflict with occupational barriers and artificial barriers, lawlessness, constant fear and uncertainty in life. The presented topic answers the following questions: what is the vital impact of the so-called Closing the crossing point; What is the health status of the population; How the healthcare system in the demographic picture newspaper is assessed by the citizens living in the occupied territories; The format of the Geneva talks and the role of international organizations; what activities are being carried out to prevent serious human rights violations in the occupied territories; How effective is the policy of dialogue with Abkhazians and the Russian Federation; How do the locals appreciate the peace policy we have proudly expressed many times, the way to restore trust and reconciliation...
