The thesis also reviews the role of the state in the development of small and medium-sized business, existing regulations and practical aspects of support ensuring its development. The work demonstrates economic situation of organizations / enterprises and the challenges they are facing. It also shows the problems emerged in the management of small and medium-sized companies and provides effective ways of solution.
