The article discusses the nature, term, registration, status of the entrepreneur, type of activity, types of income, the mode of taxation of small business. Also described are long-term and short-term forms of financing. There are also practices of financing small and medium businesses in different countries of the world. It includes a small business in Georgia: an analysis of the state and entrepreneurship of a small business; Small and medium enterprises support the statistics of small and medium enterprises and their priorities for their development.
Master's thesis is focused on the study of forms of financing small and medium-sized enterprises around the world, the analysis of forms of financing this form of business in Georgia and the development of recommendations to address the problematic issues. The results of the study are reflected in the following three main questions: first, to stimulate a small business, to get as many unemployed or people decide to start their own and take the first steps in this direction; Secondly, small business entrepreneurs are forcing more and more entrepreneurs to take the first steps in their activities as much as possible in order to make more effective and efficient decisions in terms of management and professional development; Finally, small businesses help in sales to get the first income, which will further motivate.
