The main sign of the state itself is the society, that is, if there is no society, there is no state, although there are nations in the world that do not have a state. In this context, this is the essence of human rights and freedoms - protecting human rights regardless of state ownership and nationality is a major driving force behind this gigantic organization.
Of course when there is a distinct state in whose territory the majority of the population is a nation with the same genetics, as well as the various nations that coexist freely and equally in this state, caring for them is much more convenient and within the framework of legal regulation.
Not all members of society have equal opportunities, they are needy, neglected, lonely, elderly people and families, the care of which is the main task of the state. Moreover, the state should do its best to promote the self-realization and involvement of such people in their daily professional life, in order to rehabilitate them on the one hand, and on the other hand, for the state, especially for a small state like Georgia, each person is a great resource and its loss will create a big deficit.
Therefore, the master's thesis discusses the most important institutions such as social work, in particular the role of the social worker in the proper and effective integration of society. Based on various legislative materials, legislative acts regulating the activities of the social service and the employee are presented, which turns out how the state legally regulates this issue, It also discusses, based on practical examples, the achievements and challenges related to the activities of social workers in Georgia and how their activities are carried out.
Finally, all the above issues are summarized, on the basis of which the recommendations are presented as a conclusion.
