A contract, functioning as a logical consequence within public relations, in terms of law and legal regulations, requires a more liberate and normative institution, essential to warrant a more productive progress and turnover within a legal and civil development in any social establishment and environment.
This paper discusses the main features of freedom of contract and the normative grounds for its restriction in the context of the possibility to better present the existing legislative requirements and shortcomings in terms of the legitimacy of the restriction of the right.
The study examines the essence and importance of freedom of contract as a legal principle, on the basis of which the scope of its implementation is discussed, taking into account the normative regulations that make the above-mentioned expression of freedom within the legal framework.
The paper includes annotations, introductions, research on the research topic, research results, conclusions, and a list of used literature that provides a comprehensive picture of the important issues identified in the research object.
