Master's work is about an institution of suspended sentence and its meaning in point of the goals of punishments. But the main goal is to demonstrate the problematic items of the suspended sentence in prosecutive and criminal aspects. The conviction verdict for the convicted person, which is passed by the judgement, in order to be considering as suspended sentence is discussed in item goals of punishments, more exactly, it's problem about how the aim is reached about the restoring of justness. Is it possibility or not to be commited the new crime? Is it opportunity to prevent and avoid this danger or will be changed the criminal person or not?
