My work( an topic) is about the importance of Arbitration, its history and perspectives in Georgia. I decided to choose exactly this subject because Arbitration is very urgent and also for the issues it is accompanied by. As we know Arbitration became very important and flexible way for solving disputes between government, individuals and corporations for international trading, commercial and investments in every field. The purpose of resolving disputes in an alternative way is to reduce the burden on the judicial system and prevent delays in the lawsuits. The advantages of resolving disputes also involves less expense and bureaucratic independence.en
