Abstract
The correct management of the changes plays an important role in the development of the
organization. Modern market demands are changing rapidly and organizations are forced to adapt
to it. Otherwise they will not compete with other organizations and disappear. The reason for the
changes may also be the lack of communication within the enterprise, the existence of incompetent
workforce and so on. Management of changes is especially difficult for enterprises in the transition
phase that have never had such experience and therefore do not know how to manage the existing
challenges. The unplanned implementation of the transitions can lead to a bigger crisis: economic,
technical and human resources mismanagement, Follow the excitement and confusion. By
adopting appropriate modifications, the organization will avoid similar challenges and will receive
long-term results. Models of the modification are the theoretical framework that gives
organizations the direction to correctly implemented changes
The object of the research is a pioneering enterprise witch is in differentiation phase it was
established in 2013 and creates bags and accessories made of natural leather. The organization
started working as a small sewing shop and now has 3 branches across the country
