The transition of economics to market principles made significant changes in organizational management. First of all, this change concerned the selection of organizational legal forms: determined the scale of production, also legal issues of their activities and depend on the principles of independent management of the organizations, which is placed in a legal framework. Effective management has proven to be one of the most important tools for success in the market. But in effective management has identified the need of collaborative and cooperative management. Creating corporative control methods is based on practical phenomenon and then, for development various approaches were created. Thus, in the modern period, management of cooperative models have been accumulated, which were successful in different fields of different countries. In our country's economy the introduction of market principles began without the creation of models of cooperative management. as a result, because of these mistakes there are and there were many bankrupt society, also, increased unemployment and socially vulnerable population. These principles of management are mostly visible in management of stockholders, but they are not fully realized.
The aim of the Master’s Thesis is to study the models of cooperative management theories based on the developed countries of the world and their effectiveness and to analyze the current situation in Georgian companies in the field of cooperative management and evaluate the possibility of using any models with the forecast of increasing the effectiveness of management and production.
